HAVE YOU HAD ENOUGH?
It’s not always the big issues that topple you, it’s the little issues that build up that bring you down. The Song of Solomon 2:15, tell us , it’s the little foxes that ruin the grapevines. See, foxes eat grapes and when you let them in the vineyard the harvest has great potential for ruin.
Much like the little foxes, if we let little problems continue to build, they not only can, But Will, add up, cause a big problem and rob us of our harvest. A little leak in your plumbing and you could end up a flooded house. Little disagreements left unsettled with your spouse and you can end up in a troubled, stressful marriage.
This is why the Bible tells us to “catch those little foxes”, those little thieves, before they can destroy our harvest. Like the fox in the vineyard, we must identify the thief that are stealing from us and ruining our harvest. We need to act on God’s Word and stop the thief in his tracks. We need to tell that thief, “ENOUGH ALREADY”.
It’s key to identify the thief, see when the problems arise, we look for someone or something to blame. See, it’s easy to put blame on the wrong thing. “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual host of wickedness in the heavenly places” so says Ephesians 6:12.
The battle we face is not against flesh and blood nor it is against people. The enemy is not your job, your mortgage company, not your family, the enemy is the devil. The only reason he comes is to kill, steal and destroy, see this is all he does, nothing else. We must identify the thief for what and who he really is. When doubt and fear come at you, you need to recognize that it is the devil trying to get you to surrender your harvest. The devil is trying to get you to miss out on what God has for you.
That is why I asked you the question “Have You Had Enough”. The word “ENOUGH” needs to become a large part of your daily vocabulary. When the enemy comes, and just as the sun rises in the east and settles in the west, the enemy will come to rob you of your dignity and steal you of your joy. You need to push back. James 4:7 calls this pushing back, this resisting the devil and He says: “Submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you”.
Church, I urge you to make a decision to believe God, and not the enemy. Stand up and tell that thief, “I HAD ENOUGH”, get your hands off my harvest, get your hands off my family, get your hands off my life! I need you to decide and declare right now that you are going to get your freedom right now, no matter what.
